Penguin Chefs

Last week I sent a recipe to school with Connor. This was the "surprise" project:


Here is Connor's entry, right there on the first page:

There were plenty of elaborate recipes, for ribeye steak and broccoli casserole and even Rotel dip. I was starting to feel embarassed about Connor's culinary shortcomings, then I came to the last recipe in the book and realized we're not doing so bad after all. At least we eat peanut butter!

Now whenever Connor makes a picky request, at least I can take comfort in the fact that it's not a jelly sandwich. Thank you, Jack!
