What Do I Know?

This is from the same painting session. I feel this is obviously the faucet on our kitchen sink, but Connor says it's a hook.

Classroom story that relates to this picture----
I am at my teaching table with four kids. Once the children are finished with their work, they can draw on the mini hand-held dry erase boards. I am unable to see what they are drawing unless they set the board on the table.

We'll call the kid in the story-John (5 years old).

John: Hey Ms. Stanfill, I like to draw on the dry erase boards. (smiling and drawing in a very focused manner)

Me: That's great John. What are you drawing?

John: I am drawing a hooker.

Me: (eyes wide opened and speechless)

John: There's one hooker-and two hookers-and three hookers. (He looks up at me and smiles.) I really like to draw hookers.

Me: Well, mmm. John can I take a look at your drawing to see your artwork?

John: (Very proud look on his face as he turns the whiteboard around, so I can see.) You can hang your clothes on these.

Me: Ohhhhh, hookers. John, those are called clothes-hangers. You hang your clothes on clothes-hangers.

John: I like to call them hookers.

Me: Of course you do.

Oh these kids and their hookers.
